Most CMS platforms support a localized and internationalized user interface. OpenACS developers are working on a solution that will allow translation of content items along with content negotitation to show a user the preferred locale as well as provide links to the same content for other locales..
The described system will support i18n and l10n of all related content. For example and image related to an article maybe contain text or other locale specific content, so an alternative image could be provided per locale.
This presentation will show the data model behind this system as well as the user interfaces to create and relate, and display localized content.
